When will my order be delivered?

Orders that are in-stock will be ship out the day after the order has been placed. For items not in stock, please allow us to process your order for 2 to 3 days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, or on Philippine Holidays: (Christmas Day, New Year, Labor Day, Independence Day, and other Philippine Major Holidays) both special and regular.

Orders will be shipped via local courier.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

Standard Shipping –2 - 3 days within Metro Manila/Rizal/Cavite/Bulacan. Rest of Philippines - 5 to7 days

Special Shipping –if applicable, shipping times will be stated.

The warehouse needs 1 – 3 business days for order processing.

How can I track my order?

We will provide the tracking number along with the Shipping Confirmation. If you didn’t receive or cannot find your tracking number, please contact us and we will send the tracking number accordingly. Please note that some orders with Standard Shipping might not have a Tracking number, alternatively, you may check with us directly for the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our products are processed quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Please note that STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER. We cannot cancel the order after it has been processed and shipped.

My order has already shipped, can I change the shipping address?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way can not be changed.

Refund Policy

Our Policy lasts 10 days. if 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer your refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete the return, you must send us proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (If applicable)-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.– Any item that is returned for more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original mode of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items pr under the promotion cannot be refunded.
